Part-Time Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider
About the Role
CareNow Urgent Care is seeking a part-time, board-certified physician assistant or nurse practitioner for the Dove Creek clinic location in San Antonio, TX.
Specialization areas include Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine without OB, Pediatric, and Internal Medicine.
Schedule
- One weekday evening shift (4p - 11p)
- Four weekend shifts per month (8-hour shifts or two 15-hour shifts)
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients ages three months and up
- Work independently
- Perform first reads on x-rays
- Treat acute illnesses or injuries for pediatric and adult care, including I&Ds and suturing
Requirements
- Board certification
- Texas state medical licensure and DEA
