Part Time - Upscale Dining Server

About the Role

We are seeking Restaurant Servers for an upscale dining environment at a premier hotel in downtown Salt Lake City. This role involves taking guest orders, recommending menu items, and providing exceptional service to enhance the dining experience. Servers will maintain a clean and sanitary environment, engage in casual conversation with guests, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Submit guest menu selections and present food and beverage options
• Gain menu knowledge to make recommendations
• Contribute to restaurant setup and cleanliness

Requirements

• Previous experience in upscale dining required
• Strong desire to meet guest needs in a fast-paced setting
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift moderate weights and stand for extended periods

Qualifications & Certifications

• Ability to obtain or possess DABS certification
• Current Food Handler permit in compliance with local regulations
