Position Summary

A Universal Banking Specialist is the liaison between the Bank and its current and potential customers. The employee will greet customers, solve customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries, identify customer needs, offer assistance in lending options, and provide product and service information.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions and offer assistance in lending options
  • Process loan payments, open accounts, and handle deposits and cash checks
  • Manage large volumes of calls in a timely manner
  • Assist the bank's bookkeeping department as needed

Requirements

  • Previous banking experience, business development or retail experience preferred
  • Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays
  • Operate during call center operational hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-7:00pm, Saturday 9am-Noon

  • Travel to various bank locations and training activities as needed
  • High integrity and ethical standards a must
