Part-time Universal Banker I- Broadway
About the role
This is a great opportunity for a part-time Universal Banker I at our Broadway Banking Center.
Responsibilities
- Processes all teller line transactions at a proficient level; including but not limited to accepting deposits and loan payments, verifying cash and endorsements, cashing checks, issuing official checks and potentially including providing overrides and approvals
- Counts and balances the cash drawer daily, taking proactive steps to identify and resolve discrepancies when the balance is off
- Fulfills BSA/AML/OFAC policies and/or procedures to report any suspicious activity
- Maintains integrity, including keeping all Bank business and information confidential
- Engages customers to understand needs and make appropriate product and service recommendations
- Works independently and with a team, making sound decisions and using critical thinking skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Six months of customer service/cash handling experience required
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
- Must have smartphone (iOS or Android) that is able to support security features required by the Bank's IT security guidelines
