Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours), Los Angelas, Eagle Rock Branch

Responsibilities

• Aid in basic account openings for existing customers
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues
• Execute financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures
• Refer potential sales opportunities to segment partners as appropriate
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively
• Participate in branch sales and service activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain firm reputation and safeguard assets, and report control issues transparently

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
