Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours), Bilingual English/Spanish Speaking Preferred, West Doral Branch

An entry-level position responsible for assisting in the execution of sales, products, or service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The role focuses on fostering customer relations to build loyalty and increase sales to individual consumer clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
• Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities out of service transactions and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly and effectively.
• Support sales/service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, and product initiatives.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Pay

Full-time salary range: $41,600.00 - $53,830.00. Salary is prorated for part-time hires based on hours worked. The corresponding hourly rate is $20.00 - $25.87.

In addition to salary, eligible employees may receive discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
