Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours), Bilingual: English/Mandarin Preferred, Queens East Area

Responsibilities

• Aid in basic account openings for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Identify and refer potential sales opportunities to segment partners.
• Create sales opportunities through service transactions and address customer complaints promptly.
• Participate in branch sales activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, and promotional campaigns.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain a strong ethical standard, and report any control issues transparently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Pay

The pay range for this position is $50,030.00 - $65,270.00 annually, with an hourly rate of $24.05 - $31.37.

The position is available on a part-time basis.
