Part Time Universal Banker (20 Hours) - Bethesda Row Branch

Responsibilities

• Aid in the basic account opening for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in line with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer potential sales opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and address customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
• Participate in branch sales activities such as seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain a strong ethical judgment, and report control issues transparently.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Education

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $41,600.00 - $53,830.00 annually, with an hourly rate of $20.00 - $25.87 for part-time hires.
