Part-Time Universal Banker (20 Hours), Beaumont Branch

Responsibilities

• Aid in the basic account opening for existing customers.
• Deliver service to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues.
• Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
• Refer opportunities to segment partners as appropriate.
• Create sales opportunities from service transactions and promptly address customer complaints and issues.
• Participate in branch sales and service activities, including seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, etc.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets.
• Demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, maintain a strong reputation, and adhere to policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

Pay

$44,170.00 - $57,630.00 annually, prorated for part-time hires based on number of hours worked. The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is: $21.23 - $27.70.
