About the role

Schedule
- Mondays 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Tuesdays 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Thursdays 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- Fridays 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay
$17–$19/hour + monthly bonuses

Responsibilities
- Guide patients through treatment plans and help them confidently move forward
- Build trust through strong communication and a great patient experience
- Follow up with patients and keep schedules full
- Help patients maximize insurance and understand financial options
- Play a key role in practice growth and patient satisfaction
- Present and explain treatment plans clearly
- Conduct patient follow-ups and schedule appointments
- Verify and optimize insurance benefits
- Reduce outstanding balances through clear expectations
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience every time
