About the role

Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images. Prepare and position patients, set technical parameters, ensure high-quality imaging, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and position patients for CT scans
  • Set and adjust technical parameters on CT scanners
  • Ensure high-quality diagnostic imaging
  • Maintain and troubleshoot CT equipment
  • Adhere to safety protocols and radiation safety standards
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient care
  • Document procedures accurately and thoroughly

Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of recent experience as a CT Technologist
  • Valid Radiology license
  • Current BLS certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • ARRT Certification
  • Additional state or specialty licenses
