Part-Time Travel CT Technologist

About the role

Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic cross-sectional images, prepare and position patients, and ensure safety and image quality. Collaborate with radiologists, maintain equipment, document procedures, and follow safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure. Adapt to various CT equipment and protocols across healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment
• Provide high-quality images
• Communicate effectively with medical staff and patients
• Follow safety standards and keep accurate records
• Deliver compassionate patient care and support diagnostic processes

Qualifications & Skills

• One year of recent CT experience
• Valid radiology license
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT certification (preferred)
• Critical thinking, interpersonal, technical, physical, and sensory skills, including physical strength and effective communication
• Ability to work under pressure and follow instructions
