Part-Time Trash Collection Specialist

About the Role

Part-time position responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety in apartment communities by collecting bagged trash and cardboard from residents' doorsteps.

Responsibilities

• Collect bagged trash and cardboard from residents' doorsteps using your personal pickup truck
• Transport trash to designated disposal areas
• Service multiple nearby communities within the same area
• Perform outdoor tasks, walk the property, and climb stairs
• Use a mobile app to check in, track work, and capture photos as needed
• Ensure residents' trash is collected efficiently and maintain community cleanliness
• Adhere to safety protocols

Requirements

• Own a personal open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with trailer
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Smartphone with data plan
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk long distances, climb stairs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and follow routines
