Part-Time Transportation Driver

The Springs at The Waterfront is a 12-story, state-of-the-art senior living community along Vancouver’s riverfront, offering 250 private residences for adults 62+. The community features high-end amenities, stunning views, and secure underground parking, with a focus on compassionate, quality care.

About the role

We are hiring a part-time Transportation Driver to transport residents to medical appointments and local outings, and occasionally drive a non-CDL passenger bus between our Happy Valley, Clackamas, and Vancouver Waterfront communities. The ideal candidate is friendly, observant, flexible, patient, and organized, with a commitment to maintaining a clean vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents to medical appointments and local outings
• Drive a non-CDL passenger bus between communities as needed
• Assist residents in and out of vehicles
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle
• Prioritize, organize, and adapt to changing daily transportation needs
• Interpret written, oral, electronic, or schedule-based instructions

Requirements

• Excellent driving record
• Ability to pass background checks and drug testing
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist as needed

Qualifications

• Experience working with older adults (preferred)

Pay

Hourly wage range of $20.00–$21.00, depending on experience.
