Responsibilities
- Develop weekly lesson plans for a classroom of 8 toddlers
- Support students alongside a co-teacher
- Document observations using Teaching Strategies Gold and Creative Curriculum
- Enhance language skills with LENA technology
- Communicate routines with parents via Procare and Remind
- Participate in curriculum support and coaching from education specialists
Qualifications & Skills
- CDA certification or 12 college credits in Early Childhood Education required
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to pass background checks
- Bilingual candidates encouraged
- Experience in teaching or childcare preferred
