Part-Time Therapist – AMFT/APCC/ASW or LMFT/LCSW/LPCC

About the role

Calm Therapy Center, Individual and Family Therapy Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Associate or Licensed Therapist to join our growing group private practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions to clients.
• Manage and maintain electronic health records (EHR).
• Participate in ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• Collaborate with the team to manage a steady stream of referrals and insurance billing.
• Contribute to the administrative support of the practice, including scheduling and billing.

Requirements

• Experience or training in EMDR and trauma-focused treatment is a plus.
• Experience working with substance use and co-occurring mental health concerns.
• Willingness to work evenings and potentially in-person, telehealth, or hybrid scheduling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) preferred.
• Current license to practice in the state of [State] or ability to obtain within six months of hire.

Pay

$35–$45/hour for clinical hours, based on experience, qualifications, and stage of professional development, plus $20/hour for required non-clinical hours.

Schedule

Target of approximately 15–20 completed client sessions per week, with evening availability required. In-person, telehealth, and/or hybrid scheduling may be available depending on clinician availability and practice needs.
