Part-Time Temp Enrollment Specialist

About the Role

Summit is seeking a part-time, temporary Enrollment Specialist to provide supplemental front-end support across our school portfolio during peak inquiry season. This role is ideal for a teacher or educator looking for additional income during hours outside the school day. You'll handle inbound and follow-up communication with prospective families — answering questions, routing them to the right enrollment resources, and keeping new leads warm — during the after-hours and weekend windows our standard enrollment team isn't able to cover.

Responsibilities

• Answer parent/guardian questions about enrollment via phone
• Route inquiries to appropriate enrollment resources and staff
• Follow up with new leads to keep them engaged through the enrollment process
• Provide coverage during afternoon hours (after standard team hours) and 1–2 weekends around count day

Schedule

• Hours: 5–10 hours/week
• Timing: Weekday afternoons, plus 1–2 weekends near count day
• Duration: August 17 – mid-October 2026 (approx. 10 weeks)
• Start date: August 17 preferred

Qualifications

• Strong phone communication skills and sound judgment in parent-facing conversations
• Comfortable working independently during non-standard hours
• Teaching or education background preferred, not required
• Familiarity with Summit's schools a plus
