Responsibilities

Becoming a Teller is a great way to get a glimpse into the broad world of finance and banking. Our ideal candidate seeks opportunities to exceed our customer’s expectations. They must offer consistent, efficient, and accurate service when processing customer transactions. Tellers are empowered to make the right decisions for our customers.

• Process customer transactions with a friendly, positive attitude
• Develop skills by participating in training activities
• Work with the team to achieve individual and team success

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role:

• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Desire to meet the financial needs of our customers and community
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds (desired)
• Previous cash handling experience (desired)
• Previous Teller experience (desired)
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills

Work Environment

It is anticipated that the incumbent in this role will work onsite at the posted location. Our onsite environment fosters innovation, mentorship, and a vibrant culture where ideas flow freely and relationships flourish. Work location is subject to change based on business needs.

Pay

Starting pay for Teller positions is $19/hour. Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
