Part-Time Teller - Wylie

About the role

We’re Texans Credit Union, a $2.4 billion member-owned financial institution serving the Dallas metro area for 70 years. We’re seeking a Part-Time Teller to join our team at the Hwy 78 branch in Wylie, TX. In this role, you’ll serve members face-to-face by performing transactions with accuracy, maintaining precise records, and delivering an excellent member experience while assisting the branch in meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Complete member transactions with accuracy, efficiency, and service, including deposits, withdrawals, account transfers, loan payments, check cashing, and night depository bag deposits
• Maintain updated knowledge of Texans’ policies, procedures, and compliance regulations to ensure organizational safety and soundness
• Actively learn about Texans’ products and services to cross-sell and enhance members’ financial lives
• Balance assigned cash drawer accurately at the end of each day

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales and service environment involving cash handling and face-to-face customer interaction (prior financial institution experience a plus)

Candidates must successfully complete a background check, credit check, and drug screen.

Pay

$18.50 hourly
