Part-Time Teller (Kamuela Branch)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
• Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services.
• Serve a diverse group of customers, from new account holders to experienced investors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• One year or more of customer service experience and cash handling.
• Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to positively engage with customers.
• Attention to detail and the ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
• Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services.

Compensation

Pay starts at $18.00 - $21.50/hour, commensurate with experience; plus sales incentives.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 4:30PM; Saturday 8:30AM - 1:30PM (hours may vary).
