Pay
$18.00 - $21.50 per hour, plus sales incentives.
Schedule
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM; Saturday on a rotational basis 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM (hours may vary).
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service as the face of First Hawaiian Bank in our branches.
- Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Serve a diverse group of customers, from individuals opening their first checking account to seasoned investors managing their wealth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in cash handling.
- One year of experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry (e.g., retail, mortgage/loans/deposits, and wholesale banking).
- Pleasant and tactful when interacting with customers.
- Good oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to use judgement and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information.
- Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations and balance cash with the assistance of a calculator.
- Possesses sales skills to enhance business development opportunities.
