Part-time Teller - Corinth Branch

Key Responsibilities

• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash checks, and transfers
• Aid and educate members on the use of online accounts, mobile banking, and other remote channels
• Handle ITM/ATM transactions and inquiries
• Build positive member relationships by identifying needs and recommending products/services
• Proactively use fraud-detection resources to identify suspicious activity, protect member assets, and uphold credit union integrity
• Resolve routine member concerns and issues efficiently, professionally, and patiently
• Foster a fun and collaborative environment to service members, grow relationships, and engage with peers

Qualifications

• One month to one year experience, preferably in a credit union or financial setting
• High School Diploma or GED
• Passionate about exceptional member service and relationship building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with banking systems, digital tools, and Microsoft Office products

Employment Details

• Location: HRCCU Corinth Branch, 1 Third Street, Corinth, NY 12822
• Hours: Part-time, every week, Tuesday-Friday 9am-2pm and Saturday 9am-1pm
• Payrate: $20.00-$24.00, based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills relevant to the position
