Part Time - Teller

Location: On site at location listed in job posting. Summary Provide accurate, timely customer service by processing daily financial transactions in a retail banking environment. Serve as the first point of contact, recommend bank products, and develop long-term client relationships to maximize revenue. Maintain high customer service standards and handle retail banking products through referrals, prospecting, or self-sourcing. Monitor cash control and assist with daily ATM balancing, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions. Support vault responsibilities and stay informed of operational updates for compliance. Client Experience Deliver excellent client service and resolve issues effectively.Assist clients with service needs and enhance product knowledge through training.Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote bank products and services. Compliance and risk management Adhere to bank regulations, policies, internal controls, and ethical standards. Additional Duties Perform other job-related tasks as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities No supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred or equivalent education/experience. Computer And Office Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, 10-key calculator, and coin counter.
