Part-Time Teller

Role Overview

This position involves delivering accurate, timely customer service in a retail banking environment, serving as the first point of contact for clients. The role includes processing financial transactions, promoting bank products, and developing long-term client relationships to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions, ensuring control and compliance with policies.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions.
• Assist with daily ATM balancing, deposits verification, and vault responsibilities.
• Provide excellent client service, promptly resolving issues and assisting with service needs.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote banking products, and refer clients to appropriate teams.
• Maintain operational efficiency and stay informed of updates to ensure compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with office equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to follow policies.
• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily and meet background check requirements.
