Summary

Provide accurate and timely customer service in a retail banking environment, serving as the first point of contact. Responsibilities include processing financial transactions, recommending or referring bank products, and developing long-term client relationships to maximize revenue. Maintain high service and procedural standards while monitoring cash control.

Responsibilities

• Essential Duties: Handle cash drawer, ensure proper cash control, and follow audit/security policies. Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions. Assist in ATM balancing, deposit verification, and vault responsibilities. Stay informed of operational updates for compliance.
• Client Experience: Deliver excellent service, resolve client issues promptly, and assist with service needs. Attend training to enhance product knowledge.
• Sales & Service: Identify cross‑sell opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients to appropriate teams.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to bank regulations, policies, and internal controls. Additional duties include performing other job‑related tasks as assigned. No supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
• Experience with cash handling tools.
