Part-Time Teller

Role Overview

Provide accurate, timely customer service in a retail banking environment, serving as the first point of contact for clients. Responsibilities include processing financial transactions, referring clients to bank products, and maintaining high service and procedural standards.

Key Duties

• Handle cash drawer, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions.
• Assist with ATM balancing, deposit verification, and vault control, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Deliver excellent client experiences, resolve issues promptly, and enhance service through ongoing training.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank products, and refer clients to appropriate teams.
• Adhere to all regulatory, risk management, and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; 6 months of cash handling or teller experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, 10-key calculator, and coin counter.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• No supervisory responsibilities are involved.
