About the Role

The Lead Teller coaches and mentors tellers to deliver exceptional customer experiences, promote financial wellbeing, and identify banking opportunities. They handle customer interactions, educate clients on financial options, and make appropriate referrals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performance management and hiring processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of related experience, with knowledge in banking, customer service, and proactive sales.
• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and digital awareness skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate sound judgment.
• No specific degree or certifications required.
