Part Time - Teller

Role: Retail Banking Associate Summary: Provide accurate and timely customer service by processing financial transactions in a retail banking environment. Act as the first point of contact, recommending bank products and referring clients to appropriate departments to build profitable relationships. Maintain high customer service standards and oversee cash control. Responsibilities include processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions; daily ATM balancing; verifying deposits; assisting with vault responsibilities; and ensuring operational compliance. Focus on delivering excellent client experiences by resolving issues promptly and enhancing product knowledge through training. Identify cross-selling opportunities, promote bank services, and ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls. Perform all related duties as assigned, with no supervisory responsibilities. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, preferably with cash handling or teller experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment is essential. Skills include cash management, customer service, sales, compliance, and operational efficiency.
