About the role
As a Part Time Teller within PNC's Retail organization, you will be based in Bridgeville, PA. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance. This position does not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT.
Delivers a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Processes a variety of customer interactions, educates customers on financial alternatives, and identifies banking opportunities during interactions. Performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products. Applies product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems while adhering to all policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Engage in meaningful conversations with customers to identify needs and make appropriate referrals to branch staff.
- Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Demonstrate customer focus by aligning decisions with customer needs and satisfaction.
- Assess and manage risks associated with business objectives to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
Qualifications
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role. Prior experience is not required, and roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, though a high school diploma, GED, or comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
