Marshall Community Credit Union (MCCU) is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused part-time Teller to serve our members. Responsibilities

A Day in the Life of a Teller at MCCU:

• Be the friendly face that welcomes members and ensures they receive exceptional service.
• Process transactions accurately, assist with account inquiries, and educate members on the products and services that best meet their needs.
• Make deposits, withdrawals, and help members understand their financial options.
• Stay up to date on banking policies and procedures to ensure smooth and secure transactions.
• Promote and cross-sell financial products that help members achieve their financial goals.
• Work closely with a supportive team, sharing knowledge and growing your skills.
• Represent MCCU with professionalism and genuine care for our members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service and cash handling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

Competitive Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus uncapped earning potential through sales incentives.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday: Variable Hours
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (mandatory)
