Part-Time Teller

About the role

This position involves delivering high-quality, accurate customer service by processing daily financial transactions in a retail banking setting. As the first point of contact, the role includes recommending bank products, referring clients to appropriate departments, and developing long-term profitable relationships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash operations and process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and miscellaneous transactions
• Ensure compliance with security policies
• Assist with ATM balancing and vault controls
• Provide excellent client experiences by resolving issues promptly
• Promote bank products and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Adhere to regulatory standards, policies, and internal controls

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Cash handling or teller experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment such as a calculator and coin counter
