Responsibilities

• Accurately process teller transactions
• Efficiently and accurately record information
• Research and resolve member concerns
• Cross-sell credit union products and services
• Efficiently utilize the software system provided to perform member transactions
• Gain knowledge of negotiable instruments including cash and checks

Requirements

• Previous cash handling experience
• Desire to provide outstanding member service
• Able to discuss our products and services
• Self-motivated
• Good communication skills
• Dependable (arrive to work on time as scheduled)
