Part-Time Team Member (Workwear Pet Supplies)

About the Role

Join our team at a store that proudly offers expert-selected workwear and high-quality pet supplies. We’re looking for a friendly, curious, and service-minded part-time team member (15–25 hours/week) to assist customers, solve problems, and guide them to the perfect product—whether for their pup or their job site. This is a permanent, in-person position ideal for someone who loves talking with customers, thrives on learning new things, and wants to be part of a purpose-driven retail team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers looking for rugged boots, reliable gear, or the right food for their dog
• Ask great questions, listen closely, and recommend the best products for their needs
• Learn about new brands and stay informed on everything from pet nutrition to workwear tech
• Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked
• Help with carry-outs, restocking, and team support as needed
• Bring positive energy to every shift and every interaction

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
• A passion for engaging with people and finding solutions
• Interest in learning about pet wellness and durable apparel
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during your shift
• Team-first attitude and great communication skills

Pay

$12–14/hour starting pay.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling with 4–8 hour shifts, 15–25 hours per week.
