Part-time Team Member

About the role

This is a part-time, on-site Team Member role located in Concord, NC. The Team Member will assist with preparing and packaging popcorn, ensuring products are fresh, properly labeled, and attractively displayed.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers, taking orders, operating the point-of-sale system, handling cash and card transactions, and answering basic product questions
• Stocking supplies, maintaining a clean work and customer area, and following food safety and hygiene guidelines
• Helping with simple merchandising, restocking shelves, and supporting special promotions or events as needed

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including clear communication, friendly interaction, and a helpful attitude toward guests
• Basic retail and cash-handling abilities, such as operating a register, processing payments accurately, and managing simple transactions
• Attention to cleanliness and food safety, with the ability to follow instructions for handling, preparing, and storing food products
• Reliability and time management skills, including punctuality, the ability to follow schedules, and meet shift responsibilities
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry light to moderate items, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive team orientation, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback from supervisors and coworkers
• Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and peak business hours, as needed
