Part Time Team Leader - Keyholder

As a Team Leader - Keyholder, you support store leadership to achieve sales goals, working alongside store associates and providing daily direction, communication, and training. You motivate the team to provide an amazing shopping experience, build brand loyalty with every customer interaction, and consistently model and uphold Vera Bradley’s core values.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by working with your team to exceed sales goals, increase store traffic, convert customers, execute community and customer outreach efforts, and promote campaigns to build brand awareness and lasting customer relationships.
• Lead and inspire your team by channeling Vera Bradley’s core values.
• Demonstrate passion for Vera Bradley products by suggesting items tailored to each customer’s unique needs and driving store results through add-on selling and customer outreach.
• Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure the store remains an organized and inviting environment.
• Uphold integrity by being reliable, adhering to company policies and procedures, and modeling Vera Bradley’s core values.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer engagement.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support store opening, closing, and peak business needs.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Retail experience and/or prior management experience.

Environmental and Physical Demands

• Constant walking and standing; frequent bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Strong sensory skills, including good eyesight, hearing, and dexterity.
• Ability to consistently lift 10–35 lbs.; occasionally lift up to 55 lbs. and push or pull more than 55 lbs.

Pay

Base pay range: $15.81 – $23.68 per hour. Starting pay: $18.00 per hour. Individual pay within the listed range depends on work location and excludes bonuses, equity, or other incentives, if applicable.
