Part Time Teacher (Year Round)

About the role

Join our team in Naperville, IL as a part-time, year-round teacher in a fast-paced behavioral health facility. You’ll provide academic support to child and adolescent school-age patients in a small classroom setting (typically 8–15 students) while they receive treatment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver daily lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Provide one-on-one assistance and adjust teaching strategies to ensure student success.
• Maintain accurate attendance and session reports.
• Communicate regularly about student progress with treatment teams and families.

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited institution.
• Valid Illinois state teaching license.
• Comfortable working with adolescent students in a behavioral health setting.
• Strong organizational skills and subject-matter expertise relevant to student needs.
• Reliable transportation.

Schedule

20 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Pay

Compensation ranges: LBS1 $32–$35/hour, General Education $26–$28/hour.
