Part-Time Table Games Dealer - Bossier City

Responsible for

• Dealing the game and monitoring the monies of the table at all times.
• Maintaining gaming cards and equipment.
• Protecting company assets by monitoring guests’ movements at tables.
• Analyzing customer play for cheating scams and suspicious variations in play.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Paying wins and taking losses.
• Safeguarding the safety and security of guests and employees.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by applicable regulatory entities.

Must Haves

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 6 months experience as a casino dealer or certification from an accredited dealer school.
• Experience dealing at least two of the following games: Black Jack, Craps, or Roulette.
• Working knowledge of novelty games.
• The ability to work in an alcohol and smoking environment.
• The ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for 75% of the time.
• Walking for 10% of the time.
• Bending for 15% of the time (from waist).
• Repetitive hand motions.
• Going up and down 31 stairs multiple times per day and using elevators.
