Responsibilities

• Helping individuals grow, learn, and live fulfilling lives
• Building meaningful relationships with those served
• Supporting personal hygiene, behavioral needs, and developmental goals
• Encouraging participation in community activities and promoting independence
• Assisting with budgeting, exercise, and nutrition

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Six months of experience in human services or care roles
• Strong communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management skills
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle
