Core Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance to the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team schedules.
  • Effectively supervises Sales Associates during shifts, addressing issues in accordance with LEGO policies and procedures, with support from ASM and SM.
  • Completes orders for store and office supplies in compliance with guidelines and budget constraints.
  • Fulfills money handling procedures for Sales Associates.
  • Maintains an organized stockroom and merchandises available products on the shop floor while meeting loss prevention targets.
  • Collaborates with ASM and SM to maintain a high standard of merchandise presentation according to store guidelines.
