Our combined social following spans over 10 million across various brands, including Bo+Tee, our activewear line.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized styling advice and expert product knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Support stock replenishment, merchandising, and in-store visuals.
- Accurately handle transactions and ensure seamless checkout experiences.
- Represent the Oh Polly brand with confidence, style, and professionalism.
- Stay current on the latest trends, collections, and drops.
Skills & Requirements
- A strong interest in fashion and a passion for helping customers feel their best.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Previous retail or customer-facing experience is a plus but not essential.
