Responsibilities
- Utilize Adobe platforms (such as Adobe Editor and InDesign) to create, structure, and publish technical information matched to Precision Technologies
- Participate in weekly global standup meetings and deliver progress reports as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, and content teams to gather requirements and deliver clear, accurate documentation
- Apply familiarity with artificial intelligence tools to accelerate content creation, review, and continuous improvement of technical information
Requirements
- Detail oriented and have familiarity working with large data sets
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to build relationships and influence without authority
- Strong time management, organization, and planning skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Tools
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a U.S. accredited college/university
- Graduation date of December 2028 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Able to work 16–20 hours/week during the academic year
- Able to work 35–40 hours/week during the summer semester
- Able to commute to Urbandale, IA on a semi-regular basis
Qualifications
- Experience with Adobe platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, FrameMaker, Illustrator, or Creative Cloud) for creating technical content
- Experience in developing and executing communication plans
- Demonstrated digital dexterity, with the ability to quickly adapt to and use a variety of digital tools and platforms effectively
- Familiarity with innovation or agile team environments
- Desire to contribute to a collaborative and forward-thinking team
Skills
- Experience with AI tools
- Content creation, facilitation, or newsletter development
