Part Time Store Associate - Merrell

About the role

We are looking for a responsible, reliable, and service-oriented Sales Associate to create a pleasant shopping environment and provide customers with superior service. In this role, you will engage customers, operate the point-of-sale register, handle transactions, detect theft and security risks, and manage inventory, including moving merchandise and displays (up to 40 lbs) and climbing ladders.

• Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately
• Detect theft and other security risks
• Manage inventory, including moving boxes and merchandise (up to 40 lbs) and climbing ladders
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated personal success in work, school, sports, or other areas
• Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays
• Retail sales experience is a plus
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles

Pay

Salary range: $15.50 – $20.98 per hour

Schedule

Flexible, with required availability on weekends and holidays
