Responsibilities

• Merchandise Flow: Receive, process, replenish, and organize merchandise efficiently to help ensure products are available when customers need them.
• Store Presentation: Maintain an organized stockroom and support visual merchandising standards to create a premium shopping environment.
• Operational Support: Support inventory accuracy and daily store operations while helping protect company assets and maintain an organized workspace.
• Team Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to support store goals and contribute to a positive, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

• Retail stock or sales experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Professional appearance and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

This position involves constant moving, talking, listening, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, standing for long periods of time, walking, using hands to operate controls, and climbing ladders in a safe manner. In addition, the ability to lift at least 40 lbs.
