About the Role
Provide high-acuity, progressive care to medically complex patients in a fast-paced stepdown unit.
Responsibilities
- Manage continuous monitoring and titrate IV medications
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and implement evidence-based interventions
- Educate patients and families
- Ensure accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Experienced in stepdown or progressive care nursing
- Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt quickly
- Proficient in EMR documentation and medication management
- Committed to patient safety and quality care
