Part Time Sr. Shift Supervisor in Costco

About the role

Drive sales by engaging customers and bringing brands to life through live events and sampling.

Support leadership by performing tasks such as reporting, training, scheduling, setting up and breaking down demos, and assisting with interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at live events and sampling sessions
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, demo setup and breakdown, interviewing, and onboarding

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Age 18 or older
• Available 4+ days a week including Sunday & Monday
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work location
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
• Ability to work independently and build teams
• Safe working practices in a retail environment
