Key Responsibilities Include Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress.Tracking, documenting, and measuring patient performance and responses to treatment.Celebrating patient victories and fostering a positive therapeutic environment. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as mandated by state regulations.Completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).Master’s degree preferred; bachelor’s degree with relevant experience acceptable.
