This position offers an opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing communication skills through evidence-based practices. We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) who can support our clients in achieving their communication goals.Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting assessments and interventions for clients with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide direct patient care, including but not limited to, facilitating therapy sessions, documenting progress, and communicating with families and other healthcare providers.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- A valid SLPA certification.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a clinical setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
