What You'll Do Complete speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations in patients' homesDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goalsProvide skilled speech therapy services according to the established plan of careTreat communication, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders within the SLP scope of practiceEducate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home programsMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriateCollaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary care teamComplete accurate and timely clinical documentationHelp patients improve communication, safety, independence, and overall quality of life What We're Looking For Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standingGraduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programHome Health experience preferredStrong clinical assessment and communication skillsExcellent organization and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently in a field-based environmentValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insuranceComfortable traveling to patient homes throughout the Greater Tucson area#IND4
