Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist / SLP

We are a pediatric focused, outpatient therapy clinic in Snohomish, WA, committed to delivering high-quality, individualized services to families in need. We work with children with diverse needs in speech, language, social communication, and augmentative communication. They need your help to succeed! We prioritize collaboration with families, interdisciplinary teamwork, and evidence-based practice. We are a therapist owned company, making patient care and your day to day flow both a priority.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments (receptive, expressive, pragmatic, articulation, fluency, voice, feeding)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy (individual, group, teletherapy)
- Monitor and document client progress; prepare reports
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Consult with families, caregivers, schools
Qualifications
- Master’s or doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology, or equivalent
- Valid license or eligibility to be licensed in Washington State
- ASHA CCC-SLP or equivalent certification preferred
- Experience working with pediatric populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and standards
Schedule & Hours
Approximately 10–25 hours/week, flexible scheduling depending on caseload and client needs. We highly value therapist's work/life balance and work in a Sprint Based Model that allows for frequent breaks for therapists and clients to recharge and practice their skills.
Compensation
Depending on Experience, up to $65/hr (or negotiable based on experience, credentialing, schedule and caseload).
