Part- Time Speech-Language Pathologist
About the role
Evaluate and treat children with various communication needs while developing individualized, functional treatment plans. Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and an interdisciplinary team to support communication across everyday environments. At Carolina Pediatric Therapy, we believe pediatric speech therapy should be more than a series of appointments. It should help a child find their voice, make mealtimes easier, give a parent confidence, help a child participate more fully at school, give a student a way to connect with friends, and make communication part of everyday life. We’re looking for a Part-Time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Waynesville clinic team—a collaborative, energetic group of pediatric clinicians who are passionate about providing exceptional care while building a career that is sustainable and fulfilling. Our Waynesville clinic is one of our established pediatric therapy locations, serving children and families throughout Haywood County and surrounding communities. You’ll work alongside SLPs, OTs, PTs, Psychology, and Behavioral Health clinicians who believe that children are best supported when we work together. You’ll have your own clinical expertise, interests, and caseload—but you’ll also have a team to brainstorm with, celebrate with, learn from, and lean on. And when you want to take therapy beyond the clinic, you’ll have opportunities to support children in the places where they live, learn, play, and connect.
